The Ultimate Chargers™ racing program is about food, fitness, fun and, of course, racing.
Nine Ultimate products from Unilever are sponsoring the No. 9 Ultimate Chargers™ Dodge in 23 races during the 2007 NASCAR Busch Series season.
The program, sponsored by Unilever, USA, has partnered with Evernham Motorsports for the 2007 season and beyond. This year’s driver lineup includes two successful Nextel Cup drivers from the Evernham Motorsports stable – Kasey Kahne and Scott Riggs, and joining the team this year is Elliott Sadler.
Kasey Kahne-Driver
Kasey Kahne claimed his first career NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series victory in 2005, an impressive win from the pole at Richmond in May. After a successful rookie season in 2004 which saw Kahne record five second-place finishes, the only question was at what point during the season the driver from Enumclaw, Wash., would get his first win.
Elliott Sadler-Driver
The 2006 season marked the eighth year Elliott Sadler competed in the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series. For those who knew him growing up in his hometown of Emporia, Virginia, his NASCAR success shouldn’t come as a surprise. During his youth, Sadler joined his family traveling the short track circuit of Virginia, which is where he received his training. After three and half seasons with RYR, in August 2006, Sadler made the move to Evernham Motorsports.
Ray Evernham-Team Owner
In 2006, Ray was selected as NASCAR's top all-time crew chief in a vote by the National Motorsports media. When Ray Evernham, president and CEO, founded Evernham Motorsports in 1999, the mission was to lead Dodge back into prominence in NASCAR’s elite racing series and field two competitive teams.
